About the Founder

Hi there, I’m Kaitlynne - the heart behind Mission Minded Event Co.

With over 12 years in event strategy, planning, and management for nonprofits, social impact spaces and more, I am on a mission to make the world a brighter place - one gathering at a time. I hold certificates in Event Accessibility, Special Events Management, and Volunteer Management and have a true joy for what I do.

But outside my resume, I am a faith-driven leader, daughter, granddaughter, sister, auntie, and fur-mom. I currently reside in Tampa, FL and am a lover of all things cooking, fitness, and nature.

I believe that every event and project should be as authentic as the people behind it. I bring integrity, joy, creativity, warmth, and flexibility to every interaction to help you feel confident, supported, and inspired throughout the journey of working together.

Above all - I love working with good humans who value people, relationships, and making the world a better place. And that’s why I do what I do.
