About the Founder

Hi, I’m Kaitlynne - the heart behind Mission Minded Event Co.

I am an inherent relationship-builder with extensive experience in event strategy, planning, and management for nonprofits, social impact spaces, and individuals. My work is deeply rooted in my belief that the world needs events and spaces for belonging now more than ever — for shared meaning, greater impact, and renewed purpose.

  • Kaitlynne is a natural leader and energetic team player, who turns every challenge into a growth opportunity. She transformed a standard parent-child reading night into an event where parents, children, community members, and their dogs came together at a local elementary school for a night of reading, creative-thinking games, and bonding. The turnout and response exceeded expectations, and raised the bar for future events. Kaitlynne brings out the best in everyone around her.
